How Fern uses your information
When you get in touch, your details stay in good hands. We only ask for what helps us reply, arrange a survey or send the updates you asked for.

What comes through to us
For an enquiry or survey request, that is your name, contact details, postcode, anything you tell us about the home and any drawing you choose to attach. If you join the survey-date list, it is your email, postcode and the answers you chose in the home calculator. We also receive your IP address to keep the forms clear of misuse.
What we do with it
We use your request details to reply and arrange the work you ask about. If you join the list, we use them to send survey-date updates and one useful monthly note about Bristol homes. We rely on our legitimate interest to answer enquiries, and on your consent for those updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Kept close
Your details are handled by Fern and the providers that host our site and email. We do not sell them. We keep them only for as long as we need to reply, manage the relationship or meet our legal record-keeping duties.
